NDET 15-10-12 RKH 1 Stanfree new playground gets tested by Brockley primary pupils Molly Bradley, Abi Lawson, Will Jones and Brandan Hodgson at the official opening performed by Bolsover Town Mayor Tom Rodda and Malcolm Marshall (Veolia enviromental trust) Sarah Walton (Lafarge aggregates and Viridor credits) and Cllr Paul Cooper.

VILLAGERS are celebrating the opening of a revamped park.

Wonderful new play facilities are on offer for youngsters at Stanfree Park which has been unveiled by Old Bolsover Town Council.

The facility has been opened under the Bolsover Play and Recreation Initiative, which involves five park revamps in the area, and aims to cut anti-social behaviour and boost communities.

The project has received funding from a number of organisations including local firm Lafarge.
