Protesters take to the tarmac again

Disgruntled trail riders and 4x4 drivers are planning another ‘slow drive’ protest in the Peak District.

Campaigners will be taking to the tarmac on Sunday, February 24, to protest againts plans to ban motorised vehicles from green lanes in the area.

The protest starts in the Monsal Head car park at 10am and riders will drive at speeds of around 30mph.
