Police are appealing for witnesses after thieves broke into a Matlock shop and stole cash from the safe.
Crooks broke into Fat Boys, Dale Road, and took a quantity of cash after accessing a safe and the till inside the premises.
The break-in took place between 5.30pm and 5.50pm on Wednesday, January 23.
Witnesses reported hearing a bang and seeing a person wearing a balaclava walking away from the scene towards Matlock Bath.
