NE DERBYSHIRE: Free training for budding business brains

Budding entrepreneurs are being urged to find out more about free business start-up help and support as part of a project in North East Derbyshire.

A programme of workshops aimed at people who may be planning on starting a new business - or who are going through the initial stages of setting one up – are now up and running across the district.

The ‘Enterprise Support in North East Derbyshire’ programme has been funded thanks to a grant of almost £18,500 from the Bolsover and North East Derbyshire (BNED) LEADER Approach.

Free workshops are now being delivered across the district:

Be your own Boss - covers the basics of getting started as self-employed

Managing finances – guidance on raising and managing business finances

Sales and marketing - How to win customers for your business

One-to-one coaching is also available for people whatever stage they are at in their business – from setting up, to plans to grow and expand.
