New arrivals at Willow Tree Family Farm cause in a stir in the already popular Meercat House this week as the baby Meercats are revealed at the centre.

The babies were born on site five weeks ago to proud parents Dotty and Rory. When their sex has been deturmined the centre is hoping to offer the community a chance to name the babies on their Facebook page.

The farm has seen a number of new arrivals this season, with baby goats a couple of months ago and yet more baby rabbits to come in time for Willow Tree’s Micky and Minnie Spooktacular halloween event on October 30th. This year there will be a bouncy castle, face painting, a fire eater, disco, stories and spooky walks.

Work is currently underway at Willow Tree as part of the farm’s major refurbishment to create a crazy golf and outdoor classroom. The public are asked to comment on their current grant application to build a new indoor activity centre which would provide all year round activities for their visitors. See the farm’s Facebook page for email admin@willowtree-farm.co.uk
