Fuel stolen from lorries in Old Whittington

Around 200 litres of fuel have been stolen from two lorries parked outside a firm in Chesterfield.

The fuel was believed to have been siphoned from the HGVs, parked in a yard off Whitting Valley Road, Old Whittington, at around 11.45pm on Boxing Day.

Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area should contact Derbyshire police on 101, the non emergency number, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
