EMERGENCY services were called out after a motorist became trapped in his overturned vehicle after a collision.
The Land Rover had been travelling along Holmesfield Road, at Dronfield Woodhouse, about 8.45am, on Thursday, March 22, when the collision happened.
A police spokesman said the incident involved three vehicles including two Land Rovers and a Ford Mondeo.
Dronfield and South Yorkshire firefighters used hydraulic cutting gear to release the trapped casualty and made the area safe within an hour.
Police said two of the people involved in the incident received minor injuries and were taken to Chesterfield Royal Hospital for checks.
