Festive spirit at village school

THINGS got festive when NE Derbyshire Labour MP Natascha Engel opened Calow Primary School’s Christmas Fayre.

The man of the moment, Santa Claus, was on standby to meet enchanted youngsters and hand out presents during the event.

Ms Engel said: “Everyone had a great time.”
