BUXTON’S first farmers’ market of 2013 is set to take place.

The market will feature farmers, growers and producers from across the High Peak selling a variety of tasty and top-quality goods including meats, vegetables, cakes and cheeses.

Most of the food has been grown, reared, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed by the stallholder.

As well as the food, the market will boast an interesting mix of crafts and accessories.

The event will take place at the Pavilion Gardens between 9.30am and 2.30pm on on Thursday, February 7.

Entry is free of charge.

The farmers’ market takes place once a month.
