East Midlands Designer Outlet in South Normanton is hosting a range of activities to get shoppers in high spirits during the sunshine months. Starting with a Food Fair celebrating all things Italian, there will be stalls offering shoppers the chance to sample the best of Italy’s delicatessen delights such as charcuterie meats, juicy olives and freshly-baked breads. The market will be open from Thursday 5th June until Sunday 8th June, and Thursday 7th August until Sunday 10th August.
Celebrating all things creative, East Midlands will also host a Craft Fair filled with haberdashery treats, homemade jewellery and gifts. The Craft Fair will run on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June, and Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July.
For football fanatics, the Derbyshire FA will visit the centre and host exclusive workshops to shoppers and aspiring footballers alike. Freestyle footballer Danny McGhee will also be gracing the centre on Saturday 14th June to showcase his tricks of the trade.
Finally, a treat for all the family, East Midlands will host a Fun Fair for customers to enjoy when taking a break from the shops. Equipped with bumper boats, a mini carousel, bungee trampoline and a mystical magic show every Tuesday, the Fun Fair will arrive at the centre from Friday 11th July and will remain at the centre until Sunday 7th September.
