Derbyshire families are being invited to a family Read 4 Fun Day.
The event is aimed at families and young people who love words and reading.
During the day people can meet an author, listen to stories, write a poem, solve a puzzle, play a game, create a collage and chat with other readers.
It is being held on Saturday March 9 at the Genesis Centre in Alfreton between 10am and 3.30pm.
Family tickets (for up to two adults and two children) cost £10.
Adults (aged 18 and over) go for £6.
Children under the age of 18 cost £4. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
