Council spending

The council is inviting residents to have their say on its spending plans for the coming financial year.

The next round of Area Community Forums will be staged by the Derbyshire Dales District Council in February and another hot topic will be the chance for local people to offer their say on a car parking review, which is getting underway.

The forums take place at Wirksworth Memorial Hall on Monday February 11 and Bakewell Agricultural Business Centre on Monday February 18.

Both meetings start at 7pm and anyone who can’t attend in person can email questions in advance to communityforum@derbyshiredales.gov.uk or via the District Council’s Facebook and Twitter pages @derbyshiredales.

A web video explaining more about the District Council’s forums can be accessed at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/communityforums

For further details or to be added to our added to our mailing list ring 01629 761302 or email communityforum@derbyshiredales.gov.uk
