The Derbyshire Times has opened a Book of Condolence as tributes flood in for 16-year-old Connor Short who sadly passed away after a road traffic collision near Ashover.
The teenager was a passenger in car which was in a collision with another vehicle at the junction of Birkin Lane and Matlock Road at about 11.10pm, on Thursday.
His heartbroken family has told how the popular teenager was kind and thoughtful and will be greatly missed. His former schools described him as hard-working and friendly and Derby FC paid their respects to the Rams’ fan during their home match at the weekend.
