TWO casualties were airlifted to hospital on Saturday after separate incidents.
Crews from Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance were called to a farm in Buxton at about 9am after receiving reports of a 16-year-old girl being kicked by a horse.
Paramedics treated the teenager for injuries to her face and leg before flying her to Wythenshawe Hospital.
The air ambulance was mounted again at about 12pm after a cyclist was hit by a car at the Tideswell Crossroads on the A623.
The man, from Hyde, was taken to hospital.
