COMPANIES are being given a chance to enjoy the prestige and networking benefits of the Derbyshire Times 2012 Business Awards as sponsors or guests.

Shining examples of industry and enterprise are sponsoring the event’s high profile award categories but there are still some up for grabs with publicity opportunities for those wishing to champion business success.

Derbyshire Times editor James Mitchinson said: “Award sponsors will enjoy in-paper branding, promotion and editorial coverage. They will also get tickets to the event and throughout the evening their involvement will be publicised on stands with their logos on audio visual displays, menus and entry tickets.”

Sponsors so far include Derbyshire and Nottingham Chamber of Commerce, NHS Derbyshire, Creative Derbyshire, Banner Jones, Chesterfield Borough Council, TMAT, P&A Insolvency, Franke Sissons, Purpose Media and Chesterfield College. Honours available for sponsorship include Best Entrepreneur, Business Personality, Team of the Year, Community Contribution and New Business of the Year. To sponsor an award call Jon Cooper on (01246) 504524 or to book a table contact Emma Angell on 0780 119 5407 or emma.angell@jpress.co.uk. Marketing team Destination Chesterfield have also joined forces with the DT to present this year’s DT awards.
