Franke Sissons senior management team has successfully conquered Mount Snowdon to raise money for three important cancer charities including Chesterfield’s Ashgate Hospice.

The team pictured included Victoria Himsworth, Joanne Meadows, MD Andy Dukelow, Mark Wilson and Andy Martin overcame three nasty knee injuries to complete the arduous 3,560 ft challenge.

Smashing their initial target of £3,000 the team raised £3.500 thanks to support from friends, family, colleagues, customers and suppliers to help Ashgate Hospice, Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Andrew Dukelow, Managing Director for Franke Sissons, said, “People don’t realise how high Snowdon is. It is far more taxing than you imagine.”

The funds are to be split equally between the charities. Franke Sisson’s Team Snowdon was delighted to present a cheque to Ashgate Hospice after conquering Wales’s highest mountain.

Mr Dukelow added: “We’d like to thank all our supporters for donating.”
