Derbyshire travel: Traffic running smoothly with some delays around the A38

Commuters and residents are being warned about the following delays and disruptions to travel today, Monday, August 4, in and around Derbyshire and the East Midlands.

The A38 Derby, southbound between A6 Duffield Road and A52 Ashbourne Road is experiencing some delays.

Along the A38, in Derbyshire, there is stop-start traffic on A38 southbound in Derby between Palm Court Island and Markeaton Island in the roadworks area.

Hornsbridge roundabout, at Chesterfield, is still operating with just two lanes and no traffic lights while a sculpture is being erected.

Elsewhere traffic is running smoothly while the school summer holidays continue.
