Derbyshire: Thieves stole from vacant pub
Frustrated thieves who failed in their attempt to break into an empty pub stole electrical cable, a sign and even the security light from outside.
The incident occurred at The Greyhound Inn, in Town Street, Pinxton, between 7am on Tuesday, May 27, and 3.30pm on Wednesday, May 28.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101.
