Derbyshire police have released an image of a car that they would like to trace the driver of.

On Tuesday February 10 at 9.40pm a red Ford KA entered the car park of the Peacock pub on Chesterfield Road, Oakerthorpe.

The driver is described as a white man, aged early 30s, 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build. He was wearing Nike Air Max trainers, a navy blue Rockport jacket with a white trim and a zip at the neck. Under the jacket he was wearing a grey top with a hood which he wore up, and he was also wearing blue jeans and grey gloves.

The man entered the pub and was seen to take a bunch of keys from the bar area and shine a light into the till.

Between 10.30am and 12 noon the same car was seen in the car park of the Olde English Gentleman pub on Somercotes Hill, Somercotes. The man entered the pub and claimed he was there to give a window cleaner quote. When the occupants refused he went back to his car and drove off.

On Thursday February 12 at 10.55am the vehicle was seen in the car park of the Poet and Castle pub in Codnor.
