A BURGLARY victim suffered bruising after he was punched in the face during a raid at his home.
The man discovered two male offenders in the kitchen of his home on Circular Drive, Renishaw, on Sunday afternoon, February 10.
A police spokesman said: “One of the offenders punched the victim and he was left with bruising around his face and an eye.
“The offenders then fled the property empty-handed.”
