James Darren Keady, 24, of Welbeck Street, Creswell. Pleaded guilty to damaging a door. Fined £95 and must pay £175 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Brian Carl Spencer, 42, of Fairholmes, Matlock. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed after release from prison. Committed to prison for 14 days. Must pay a £100 courts charge.

Assault

Ashley Brian Lancaster, 27, of Buxton Road, Bakewell. Pleaded guilty to damaging a sunroof on a Peugeot 206 valued at £500. Pleaded guilty to damaging a vehicle valued at £1,500. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Committed to prison for 17 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £300 costs, and a £150 courts charge and £350 compensation.

Connor phillip Davison, 23, of Hopewell Road, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months with a resolve programme and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Tomasz Jaworski, 28, of Leabrooks, South Normanton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault. Community order to last until November 19, 2016, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £40 and must pay £85 costs and a £150 courts charge and £100 compensation.

Theft

Antony McArdle, 36, of Nether Springs Road, Bolsover. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of whiskey. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Andrew McCreadie, 37, of Didcot Close, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend with a responsible officer. Motoring

Scott Lee Tipler, 39, of Allendale Road, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Found guilty of driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs.
