Jason Stephen Singleton, 41, of Catford Court, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to having entered a dwelling as a trespasser and stealing a Beats Pill Bluetooth Speaker, Samsung Galaxy Tablet, and money tin containing approximately £250 in cash and a bottle of Jack Daniels and an oversized vodka bottle. Must pay £250 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £180 court charge. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months with supervision and a drug rehabilitation requirement and thinking skills programme.

Jamie Wilkinson, 20, of Upper Greenhill Gardens, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to damaging a door belonging to The Guiness Partnership. Community order to last until January 16, 2016, with a nine week curfew with electronic monitoring and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £150 court charge.
