Richard Arthur Hague, 30, of Devizes Close, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner. Community order to last until July 12, 2016, with a rehabilitation activity requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work. Pleaded guilty to driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Irene Di Minco, 35, of Chester Street, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £276 and must pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Richard Harry Musgrove, 35, of Trinity Close, Newbold, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of alcohol. Must pay £4.99 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of being drunk and disorderly. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of being drunk and disorderly in a public place which was subject to the conditional discharge. No separate penalty.
