David Jonathan Wood, 39, of Farnsworth Street, Hasland, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle without due care and attention. No obligatory driving disqualification due to special reasons. Fined £700 and must pay a £70 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with nine points.

Jack Jordan Green, 21, of West Street, Creswell. Stole iphone charger valued at £4 from Tesco. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence, relating to the conditional discharge, of stealing two bottles of Pimms and a chicken wrap. Community order for 12 months with 100 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stacey Adelaide Hollingworth, 32, of Hambleton Avenue, North Wingfield. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence, relating to the suspended sentence, of stealing meat valued at £82.54. Also dealt with for the original offence, relating to the suspended sentence order, of stealing laundry detergent valued at £20.42. Having entered as a trespasser a building, namely a shed, belonging to a property on Welbeck Street, Creswell, stole therein assorted drill bits and screwdriver parts valued at £100. Community order for 12 months with drug rehabilitation and supervision. Must pay £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Marie Anita Pearce, 37, of Spring Bank Road, Chesterfield. Stole two t-shirts and two pairs of shoes valued at £78 belonging to Debenhams. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Harrison, 30, of Park Road, Ripley. Stole a garden strimmer and an air rifle. Community order until December, 2014 with a curfew. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stuart David Wicks, 30, of Hollywell Avenue, Codnor, Ripley. Stole two fillet steaks valued at a £4.20 belonging to Tesco Express at Codnor. Conviction of an offence while under a community order for burglary. Original order revoked. Stole a garden strimmer and an air rifle. Drugs
