Laura Louise Wild, 35, of North Parade, Matlock Bath. Stole two boxes of tablets. Fined £77 and must pay £7.78 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Paul Murphy, 24, of Creswell Road, Clowne. Took a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Fined £130 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Licence also endorsed with eight points.

Ivan John Edwards, 36, of Warwick Road, Somercotes. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence also endorsed with six points.

Jenna McDougall, 24, of Great Common Close, Barlborough, Chesterfield. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Gavin Alan Keeling, 44, of Hallfieldgate Lane, Shirland, Alfreton. Drove a vehicle while disqualified from driving. Community order and must comply with requirements by July 31, 2014. Be under a curfew for eight weeks. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Ian Stuart, 82, of Park View, Bakewell. Speeding. Fined £193 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence also endorsed with six points.

Joseph William Etherington, 26, of Brocklehurst Piece, Brampton, Chesterfield. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £345 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence also endorsed with six points.

Simon Simpson, 37, of High Street, Staveley. Drove a vehicle while disqualified from driving. Fined £1,615 and must pay a £120 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 days. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Eric Wilkinson, 76, of Vicarage Close, Swanwick, Alfreton. Drove a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £225 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £200 costs. Licence also endorsed with three points.

Scott Philip Stacey, 23, of Sheffield Road, Unstone, Dronfield. Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £375 and must pay a £37 victim surcharge and £250 costs. Licence also endorsed with six points.

Ashley richard Arundel, 23, of Scarsdale Street, Bolsover. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Kulwant Singh Dhillon, 42, of Derby Road, Wingerworth. Used a vehicle on which not every direction indicator was in good working order. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Used a vehicle on which not every windscreen washer was maintained in efficient working order. Discharged conditionally for six months.

Assault

Gregory Gibbons, 29, of Nether Springs Road, Bolsover. Obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. No separate penalty. Assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision. Must pay £50 compensation. Dealt with for an original offence of stealing clothing belonging to Ashgate Hospice which had been subject to a community order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrently suspended for 12 months. Conviction of an offence while a community order was in force. No adjudication.

Other

Lisa Ann Jordan, 41, of The Green, Alfreton. Failed to notify Amber Valley Borough Council of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect entitlement to housing and council tax benefit namely that he was living in the same household with a man as husband and wife. Fined £77 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to Income Support that she was living with a man as husband and wife. No separate penalty.

James mason, 36, of Main Road, Jacksdale. Did an act by being on Hall Street which he was prohibited from doing by an Anti-social behaviour order. Fined £77 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jason Douglas McCall, 37, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton. Made indecent photographs of a child namely 44 indecent photographs of children at Level 1 located on an Apple Mac computer. Community order for two years with curfew for six months and electronic monitoring and to participate in sex offender group work for 110 days with supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Given a sexual offences prevention order for five years.

Thomas Graney, 21, of Redgate Street, Pinxton. Damaged a vehicle to the value of £590. Community order for 12 months with an attendance centre requirement. Must pay £590 compensation and £85 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

Colin Steven Phillips, 36, of Park Lane, Pinxton. Committed fraud five times by dishonestly making a false representation by over charging for goods to make a gain. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months with a thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay £484.10 compensation and £625 costs.

Theft

Michael John Weldon, 24, of Church Street, Riddings. Stole meat valued at £50. Failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for ten weeks.

Paul William Foster, 30, of West Street, Doe Lea, Chesterfield. Stole beauty treatment products, a tax disc, cardigan, two handbags, a purse and children’s books. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Stole a Sat Nav, multi car charger, diary and two shopping bags containing Cadbury Easter eggs and chocolate valued at £320. Stole a bottle of cider. Fined £25 and must pay £3.99 compensation. Community order with alcohol treatment requirement and supervision for 12 months.

Jonathon Gordon Alletson, 29, of Greenhill Lane, Riddings, Alfreton. Stole two XBox games valued at £83. Community order for 12 months with supervision and 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £14.95 compensation for another offence taken into consideration and £83 compensation and must also pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Carl Hitchman, 36, of Charlesworth Street, Bolsover. Stole a handbag and contents valued at £334. Fined £36 and must pay £167 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Carl Holtom, 43, of Middleton Drive, Inkersall, Chesterfield. Stole a handbag and contents valued at £334. Fined £36 and must pay £167 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Louise May, 30, of Hipper Street West, Chesterfield. Stole deodorant. Community order with a 14 day curfew.

Mark Albert reynolds, 38, of Mercaston Close, Chesterfield. Attempted to steal whisky. Stole a vacuum cleaner. Fined £36 and must pay £69.99 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Stole four fragrances valued at £69.99 belonging to TK Maxx. Community order for 12 months with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision.
