Fine for man who used car without insurance

A Buxton man has been banned from driving for six months after admitting using a vehicle without insurance.

Police officers saw David William Tucker, 30, of Park Road, driving a Peugeot 206 which was not insured on Fairfield Road on January 28.

Tucker already had six points on his licence. He was given six more, fined £490 and ordered to pay £35 costs and a £49 surcharge.
