Motoring

Kevin Baker, 41, of Norbriggs Road, Mastin Moor, no licence, no separate penalty, no insurance, fined £225, costs £35, banned from driving for six months.

James Brindley, 33, of Moor Hall, Bakewell, drink driving, jailed for two weeks concurrent, banned from driving for three years.

Milan Marcin, 29, of High Street, Clowne, driving while disqualifed, community order, costs £35, banned from driving for six months, no insurance, no separate penalty, licence endorsed.

Donna Lisa Lazenby, 44, of New Close, Eyam, drink driving, fined £128, costs £85, banned for 14 months.

Christopher Hutton, 38, of Gloucester Road, Chesterfield, drink driving, fined £336, costs £85, banned for 36 months.

Scott Craig Reid, 28, of Cliff Nook, South Normanton, drink driving, fined £285, costs £85.

Assault

Colin Simon Conley, 38, of Welbeck Street, Whitwell, damaged a Ford Fiesta valued under £5000, community order, fined £85, compensation £75, assault, community order, compensation £100.

Charlie Edward Streather, 57, of Hartington Road, Chesterfield, assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty, community order, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour, community order, drunk and disorderly in a public place, community order.

Ashley Robert Tomlinson, 27, of Fletcher Street, Ripley, assault, fined £81, compensation £75, costs £85.

Philip Gordon Holmes, 39, of Delves Road, Killamarsh, assault, community order, restrainin order, compensation £400, costs £85.

Macauley Stephen Cummins, 18, of Holmgate Way, Chesterfield, contravened a dispersal order, six month conditional discharge, costs £85.

Shaun Lander, 54, of Beech Way, Danesmoor, two counts of intentionally exposing genitals intending that someone would see them, community order, costs £85.

Gareth Joseph Ellis, 27, of Peak Avenue, Riddings, possession of cocaine, fined £286, costs £85, drugs destroyed.

Mark Anthony Green, 36, of Birchwood Crescent, Chesterfield, had a hammer in a public place, jailed for 26 weeks.

Paul Steven Allen, 27, of Robertsons Avenue, Duckmanton, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, fined £200, costs £85.

Jonathan David Beevers, 30, of Marshfield Grove, Staveley, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, fined £158, costs £85.

Carl Dronfield Boden, 25, of Oker Avenue, Darley Dale, possession of cannabis, 12 month conditional discharge, costs £35, drugs destroyed.

Kevin Keith Johns, 26, of South Crescent, Duckmanton, possession of amphetamine, no separate penalty, undertook in the retention of stolen goods, namely a mountain bike, fined £73, costs £25.

Ibrahim Toufeeq, 23, of Rectory Road, Duckmanton, used threatening, absusive or insulting words or behaviour, 12 month conditional discharge, costs £85.

Daniel Nathan Mee, 22, of Baden Powell Road, Chesterfield, breach of restraining order, community order, fined £20, costs £85.

Steven John Partirdge, 28, of Cavendish Road, Bolsover, breach of a restraining order, jailed for 12 weeks forthwith.

Matthew James McMahon, 21, of Heathcote Drive, Hasland, damaged a green Diahatsu to a value unknown, community order, drinking banning order made for six months, compensation £50.

Daniel John Kidger, 29, of Barry Road, Brimington, damaged garden fence, patio slabs, two internal doors, curtail rail bracket and a DVD player to value £350, community order, costs £85.

Theft

Jessica Jade Hodgkinson, 30 of Smithson Avenue, Bolsover, stole confectionary to the value of £8.77 belonging to One Stop, fined £73, compensation £8.77, costs £85, stole walking stick to to value £16 belonging to Rowlands Pharmacy, fined £73.

Michael Samuel Howe, 24, Hipper Street West, Chesterfield, stole deodrant cans of value unknown belonging to B&M, community order, fined £20.

Philip Andrew Marriott, 40, of Chaucer Road, Chesterfield, stole a bottle of Martini to the value £9, community order, compensation £9, possession of a blade in public, namely a black handled kitchen knife, community order, knife destroyed.

Jessica Rose Williams, 21, of Broom Avenue, stole meat items of value unknown belonging to Coop, community order, failed to surrender to custody, community order, stole three Lego Movie DVDs to value £29.97 belonging to Lidl, community order, costs £85, stole meat joints to the value £52.26 belonging to Coop, community order.

Scott David Pizer, 38, of Central Drive, Calow, stole five bottles of vodka to value £77.50 belonging to Asda, jailed for four weeks forthwith consecutive.
