Hayden Walker, 22, of Rodgers Lane, Alfreton. Drove while disqualified from holding a licence. Community order with 80 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Community order revoked and dealt with for the original offence of possessing an offensive weapon in public. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months. Dishonestly received stolen goods namely lager valued at £15.98. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutively and suspended for 18 months. Must pay £15.98 compensation and £85 costs.

Teresa Blackwell, 37, of Metesford, Matlock. Stole lager and a bottle of Vodka. No separate penalty. Possessed an offensive weapon in public namely a seven-inch, kitchen knife. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stephanie Christina Kent, 53, of Westfield Road, Dronfield. Pestered someone when she was prohibited from doing so. Community order with supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Richard hardwick, 33, of Searston Avenue, Holmewood, Chesterfield.
