Daniel Robert Houghton, 24, of Bevan Drive, Inkersall. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. Fined £140 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Disqualified from driving for three years.

Christopher Robert Woolley, 33, of Morven Avenue, Bolsover. Found guilty to driving without due care and attention. Fined £390. Found guilty of being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person. Fined £585 and must pay a £58 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Found guilty of failing to report the accident to police. No separate penalty.

Jordon Baker, 22, of Heath Road, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely delta-9-tetrahydrocannibinol, in their blood exceeded a specified limit. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Christopher Gordon Swift, 33, of Hambleton Avenue, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing a pocket knife with a blade exceeding three inches in a public place. Indicated a guilty plea to attempting to steal a cigarette. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision and a drug rehabilitation requirement. Must also pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 courts charge.
