Theft

Daniel Peter Pearson, 26, of Searston Avenue, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of having entered as a trespasser a building and stole copper piping, plumbing fittings and electrical items. Dealt with for another original offence of stealing a Yamaha scooter. Community order to last until October, 2015, with a curfew for four weeks and electronic monitoring and supervision.

Motoring

Debbie Dewane, 45, of Queen’s Street, Clay Cross. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Josephine Stables, 50, of Station New Road, Old Tupton, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £225 and must pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Michael Cooke, 57, of Alma Crescent, Dronfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £346 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Alistair fraser, 52, of The Hill, Cromford, Matlock. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Robert Asher, 32, of New Bolsover, Chesterfield. Kept a vehicle on a public road which was unlicensed. Fined £200 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £34.17 and £90 costs.

Michelle Cooper, 41, of Newbold Road, Chesterfield. Kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fined £37 and ordered to pay a vehicle excise back duty of £36.25 and £90 costs.

Ashley Crower, 23, of Bolsover Hill, Chesterfield. Was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it did not meet the insurance requirements. Fined £97 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Mark Clifton Hunt, 45, of Sutton Hall Road, Bolsover. Was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £200 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Marcus Jefford, 35, of Derby Road, New Tupton, Chesterfield. Kept an unlicensed vehicle on a road. Fined £400. Must pay vehicle excise back duty of £88.34 and £90 costs.

Matthew Andrew Rodgers, 27, of Newbold Road, Chesterfield. Damaged a wooden door to the value of £80 belonging to St Joseph’s care home. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay compensation of £80, a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Damaged blinds to the value of £1,000 belonging to st Joseph’s residential home. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £1,000 compensation. Damaged a Sky box, a projector and a plant pot valued at £600 belonging to Saint Joseph’s Care Home. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £600 compensation.

Karl Frances Vardy, 42, of Arundel Close, Newbold, Chesterfield. Harassment. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Possession of amphetamine. No separate penalty.

Brian Wilcox, 54, of Chester Street, Chesterfield. Threatening behaviour. Community order until October 14, 2015, with rehabilitation activity requirement and a curfew for four months. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence for harassment. Suspended sentence varied to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months.

Gareth Peter Anthony Davis, 26, of Warmwells Lane, Ripley. Was in contact with someone he was prohibited from contacting by a restraining order. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for possessing a class A and class C drug. No action taken on the breach. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for resisting a police constable. No action taken on the breach.
