Helen Bunting, 40, of Sherwood Street, Chesterfield. Assault. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Daniel Keith Cooke, 29, of No Fixed Address. Assault. Commission of an offence during a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for an original offence of assault. Committed to prison for four months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Marek Dabrowski, 46, of Hawthorne Avenue, Creswell. Damaged a police car. No separate penalty. Assault. Committed to prison for 23 weeks. Restraining order until March 9, 2016. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Jonathan Tremain Thomas Small, 40, of Creswell Road, Clowne. Assault. Resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Community order for 12 months with a Building Better Relationships Programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work and a two-year restraining order.

Nicky Lee Mikysa, 26, of St Augustine’s Mount, Birdholme, Chesterfield. Three counts of assault. Community order until March 10, 2016, with a curfew and supervision. Must pay £300 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Motoring

Rebecca Louise Critchlow, 23, of Oakwood Way, Mastin Moor, Chesterfield. Used a vehicle without insurance. No totting disqualification. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a wall and fence and a street sign and failed to report the accident to police and failed to stop. No separate penalty.

Jacqueline Beale, 45, of Hilsea Derby Road, Wirksworth, Matlock. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty. Also failed to stop after the accident. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with seven points.
