Dominic George Carraher, 25, of Elvaston Road, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Took a vehicle without the consent of the owner and owing to the driving an accident occurred which caused damage to a roundabout sign and the vehicle. Drove a vehicle while disqualified from driving. Failed to stop after the accident. Community order for 12 months with supervision. Fined £400 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Justin Yeoman, 36, of Willow Square, Sunningdale Park, New Tupton, Chesterfield. When suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, he failed without excuse to do so. Assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for two years. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

Stephen Maqsood, 44, of Central Street, Hasland, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jamie Harry Leatherday, 28, of Moorland View, Baslow Road, Holymoorside, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Thomas Harry Wood, 21, of Morven Street, Creswell. Took a vehicle without the consent of the owner and owing to the driving an accident occurred by which injury was caused to himself. Community order for 12 months with supervision and 120 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving two years. Drove a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £350. Being the driver of the vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a wall and having not given a name and address failed to report the accident to police within 24 hours. Fined £350.

Robert Allin Heard, 32, of Swaddale Avenue, Chesterfield. Speeding. No separate penalty. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £310 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Tyrone carl Walker, 23, of Maynard Road, Boythorpe, Chesterfield. Took a vehicle without the consent of the owner and after the vehicle was taken damage was caused to it. Community order for 12 months with a thinking skills programme and 60 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay £400 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty.

When suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Drove while disqualified. Drove without insurance. No separate penalty. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for previously failing to provide a specimen and two counts of criminal damage. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of failing to provide a specimen and two counts of damaging a police vehicle. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £100 costs. Disqualified from driving for five years.

Carl Fitzpatrick, 37, of Chesterfield Road, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Without lawful authority was present on Tupton Hall School premises and caused a nuisance. Fined £75 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Lee Day, 23, of Springvale Close, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Damaged a living room window. Resisted a police constable in the execution of her duty. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay £50 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £70 costs. Community order made on February 12 to be varied so the defendant must comply with a curfew for eight weeks.

James Thomas Henman, 35, of Foston Drive, Chesterfield. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place. No separate penalty. Damaged a police vehicle. Fined £73 and must pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Brett Morris, 30, of Main Road, Wensley, Matlock. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place. Given a drinking banning order for nine months to not enter any on or off-licensed premises in Matlock town. Fined £167 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Salih Doner, 31, of Stephenson Place, Chesterfield. Wilfully obstructed a police constable. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Wojciech Wertlewski, 40, of Main Street, Shirebrook. Used threatening behaviour towards a police constable. Community order to last until September 2, 2015, with supervision. Fined £36 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Sarah Julie Kirk, 30, of George Street, South Normanton, Alfreton. Two counts of dishonestly failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which would have affected entitlement to income support namely that she was living in the same house with a man as a married couple. Dishonestly failed to notify Bolsover District Council of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to housing and council tax benefit namely that she was living with a man in the same household as a married couple. Community order to last until May, 2015, with a curfew for 12 weeks. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michaela Joy Stewart, 21, of Princes Avenue, South Normanton. Stole meat. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Stephanie Ashin, 32, of High Court, Matlock. Stole a Vanilla Yankee Candle and a box containing two Yankee Candles. Conviction of an offence while a community order for an offence of theft is in force. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of stealing aftershave. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Andrew Richards, 38, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton. Stole a bottle of wine. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence for the offences of assault. No adjudication. Also dealt with for the original offences of two assaults. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Shaun Nicholson, 45, of St Helen’s Street, Chesterfield. Stole two pairs of boots. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for six offences of theft. No adjudication.

Simon Peter Furniss, 21, of Danby Avenue, Chesterfield. Stole SD cards. Failed to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Entered a garage as a trespasser and stole food, alcohol and electrical items. Failed to surrender to court. Committed to prison for four weeks.
