Kelly Louise Charlesworth, 25, Warwick Road, Somercotes, Alfreton. Stole bottles of spirits. Fined £194 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Christopher Firmin, 52, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Stole Dolce and Gabbana gift set. Commission of a further offence during period of a suspended sentence for ten thefts. Community order until August 12, 2015, with a curfew, electronic monitoring and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and a £73 fine.

Alan James Poxton, 36, of Brockhill Court, Chapel Street, Brimington, Chesterfield. Stole a Sat Nav and loose change. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence for possessing a class A drug, theft of a vehicle and possessing a bladed article in public. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of possessing 0.2grammes of heroin, stealing a Ford Escort van, and possessing a knife in public. Committed to prison for 19 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Callam Hibbitt, 24, of Ward Drive, Somercotes. Stole an iphone 4. Fined £110 and must pay £150 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

Rhys James Martin Lynch, 36, of Keswick Drive, Chesterfield. Stole meat valued at £50 belonging to Spar. Stole bacon and butter valued at £49.40 belonging to Spar. Stole coffee valued at £14.97. Conviction of an offence while a community order for thefts from a shop is in force. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of three counts of stealing a drill, two counts of stealing meat, one count of stealing a drill pack, and failing to surrender to custody. Another conviction of an offence while a community order is in force for a theft. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of stealing meat. Stole coffee. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision and drug rehabilitation.

Robert Alan Coxhead, 21, of Foxcote Way, Walton, Chesterfield. Possession of 0.6grammes of cannabis. Fined £197 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew John Handby, 30, of Keswick Drive, Chesterfield. Possession of 0.1grammes of cocaine. Fined £145 and must pay a £41 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Failed to leave Chesterfield town centre within the exclusion period of a direction. No separate penalty.

Joseph Stefan Chapman, 20, of Ruthyn Avenue, Barlborough. Produced 84.8grammes of cannabis. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Ian Cartledge, 37, of Downing Street, South Normanton. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months with alcohol activity requirement and supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 32 months.

Jason Daniel Finney, 27, of Selwyn Street, Hillstown, Bolsover. Failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of blood in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Laura Jane Wilson, 22, of Elm Lodge Farm Close, Chesterfield. Committed fraud in that she dishonestly made a false representation, namely accepted payment for a handbag that she advertised for sale on the mobile app Depop, but did not own. Also committed fraud by making a false representation by accepting payment for a hot tub that she advertised on the mobile app Depop but did not own. Concealed or removed criminal property, namely money, by purchasing clothing. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision. Must pay £300 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Douglas Neeve, 19, of Neale Street, Clowne. Had without good reason a lock knife in a public place. Community order until March 30, 2015, with a curfew. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Bryan Pashley, 28, of Wood Avenue, Creswell. Two counts of possessing criminal property, namely model trains. One count of possessing criminal property, namely a JVC docking station. Community order for 12 months with supervision and 60 hours of unpaid work.

Eric William Gregory, 44, of South Street, Swanwick, Alfreton. Assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision. Must pay £750 compensation.
