Dennis Brader, 48, of Mercaston Close, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £200 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

George Bellingham Dunn, 60, of Greenaway Lane, Hackney, Matlock. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Community order for 12 months and must participate in alcohol activity requirement with supervision and must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 32 months.

Thomas Elliott Hill, 20, of Houfton Road, Bolsover. Used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Michael John Russell, 68, of Newbold Back Lane, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £338 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Driving record endorsed with seven points.

Robert Allsop, 75, of Oak Crescent, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Neill Cocker, 44, of Bradley Close, Birchover, Matlock. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £275 and must pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Nathan Lee Wigfield, 38, of Ashgate Road, Chesterfield. Stole various items belonging to Toys R Us. Commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for the offences of theft and attempted theft from a shop. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of stealing DVDs belonging to a Tesco Metro store and attempting to steal DVDs from a Tesco Metro store. Community order for 12 months with an unpaid work requirement of 60 hours. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Michael Wain, 23, of Woodview Close, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to a community order of stealing a cash card and committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation namely that he was the legal owner of a Barclays card to make a gain of £190. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Rhys James Martin Lynch, 36, of Keswick Drive, Chesterfield. Stole assorted meat. Community order to last until August 5, 2015, with a curfew for two months with electronic monitoring. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Michael Morton, 47, of Gipsy Lane, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Stole two bluetooth speakers valued at £40. Must pay £40 compensation. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order for the offences of exposure and assault. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of exposing his genitals and assault. Committed to prison for 19 weeks.

Caroline Ivy Scrimshaw, 41, of Butts Road, Bakewell. Stole glasses, frames, glass cases, eye solution and wipes. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Patrick Day, 27, of Blakeney North Street, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Destroyed a street light valued at £1,414.25 belonging to Derbyshire County Council. Community order for 12 months with 100 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £1,482.89 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Commission of a further offence during the period of a suspended sentence for theft. Order to continue. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for an offence of possessing a class B drug. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of possessing class B drug methylmethcathinone. Fined £150.

Jake Charles Armitage, 19, of Ashgate Avenue, Chesterfield. Resisted a police sergeant in the execution of his duty. Fined £200 and must pay £175 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Phillip Hopkinson, 40, of Tapton Vale, Chesterfield. Used threatening behaviour. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Dominic Paul Kirk, 26, of Blacksmiths Lane, Calow, Chesterfield. Entered the Estates Department of Chesterfield Royal Hospital as a trespasser and stole a pressure washer, a sack barrow, a PDA mobile communication device and £10 in cash. Community order to last for 12 months with a curfew for 12 weeks with electronic monitoring and 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £373.50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Shelley Howarth, 33, of Ash Crescent, Eckington. Committed fraud three times by dishonestly failing to disclose to the Department for Work and Pensions that she was maintaining a household with someone else, to make a gain of Income Support payments and two counts of Jobseekers Allowance. Committed fraud by dishonestly failing to disclose to NE Derbyshire District Council that she was maintaining a household with someone else, to make a gain of two counts of council tax benefit and two counts of housing benefit. Committed to prison for 10 months suspended for 12 months with supervision and 200 hours of unpaid work.

Amanda Ann Turner, 47, of Harper Hill Close, Chesterfield. Persistently used electronic communications network to cause annoyance to Derbyshire Constabulary. Community order for 12 months. Fined £74 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Bower, 32, of Rose Wood Close, Chesterfield. Damaged a Vauxhall Astra car. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £250 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Jamie Francis Bradley, 31, of Selston Road, Jacksdale. Made contact with someone and visited an address when they were prohibited from doing so by a restraining order.
