Ricky David Seston, 31, of Derby Road, Chesterfield. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Ricky Lee Cooper, 26, of School Lane, Arkwright Town, Chesterfield. Exceeded alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £230 and must pay a £23 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Deborah Derner, 44, of Church Walk, Riddings, Alfreton. Exceeded alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Lee Michael Rickers, 29, of Pennytown, Somercotes, Alfreton. Exceeded alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 38 months.

Steven Paul Roddis, 29, of Kenyon Road, Hady, Chesterfield. Exceeded alcohol drink-drive limit. Community order for 12 months with alcohol activity requirement, thinking skills programme and supervision. Fined £110 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Laurence Anthony Oliver Booth, 22, of Acacia Crescent, Killamarsh. Drove a vehicle whilst unfit to drive through drugs. Community order to last until January 8, 2016, with an unpaid work requirement of 60 hours to be completed in the next 12 months. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Liam Hedley Turner, 18, of Spruce Close, Chesterfield. Intentionally exposed his genitals that someone would see them. Community order until January 4, 2017, with supervision and 80 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £620 costs. To register with police for five years.

Ricky Nussey, 25, of Field Drive, Shirebrook. Resisted a police constable. Fined £270 and must pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Used threatening behaviour. No separate penalty.

Ashley Damian Billyeald, 21, of Malthouse Court, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Threatened violence. Community order for 12 months with a three-month curfew and 40 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Paige Aulton, 19, of Woodside Avenue, Holmesfield. Committed fraud by making a false representation by cashing a stolen cheque for monetary gain of £500. Community order for 12 months with a four-week curfew and a thinking skills programme. Must pay £300 compensation.

Liam Robert Weldin, 19, of John Street, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Damaged a pub wash basin. Fined £75 and must pay £382.73 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

Andrew McIlvanney, 47, of Summerwood Place, Dronfield. Resisted a police constable. Was in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control and it also injured a police constable. Committed to prison for 11 weeks suspended for 12 months and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £200 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £1,000 costs.

Jason Joseph Keith Tighe, 24, of Derby Road, Chesterfield. Damaged a vacuum cleaner. Community order to last for 12 months with an alcohol activity requirement and supervision. Restraining order until July, 2015. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Glynn William Williams, 46, of Bamford Road, Inkersall, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was the subject of a community order for harassment. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months.

Samuel Cox, 26, of Baker Street, Creswell. Assault. Fined £350 and must pay £50 compensation and a £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven William Hill, 28, of Chiltern Court, Chesterfield. Assault. Committed to prison for two months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Graham Falvey, 42, of Hunloke Road, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Assaulted two police constables and assaulted a woman. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months with alcohol activity requirement and supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robert Benjamin Reeves, 31, of Barlborough Road, Clowne. Assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months with a building better relationships programme and supervision. Also given a restraining order until July, 2016. Must pay £250 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Dixon, 48, of Fair View Road, Dronfield. Assault. Community order until March 5, 2015, with an eight-week curfew and electronic monitoring. Must pay £50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Drunk and disorderly behaviour. No separate penalty.

Bradley Willis, 20, of The Square, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Assault. Fined £75 and must pay £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Jordan Anderson, 19, of HMP Prison Doncaster. Stole a sandwich valued at £3 belonging to Boots. Four other offences admitted and taken into consideration. Committed to detention in a young offenders’ institution for three weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Morad Dean Carr, 42, of Bridge Street, Killamarsh. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of stealing coffee, meat, chocolate and three DVDs. Also stole deodorant and tuna. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay £85 costs.

Scott Smith, 29, of Woodlands, Brimington, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Must pay £200 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. Dealt with for the original offence which was the subject of a community order of dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention of stolen goods, namely garden ornaments and tools, for the benefit of selling. Stole two t-shirts and a baseball cap valued at £23.99 belonging to Sports Direct. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months with alcohol activity requirement, supervision and a thinking skills programme. Must pay £85 costs.

Drugs

Carl Wayne England, 39, of Peterway, Somercotes, Alfreton. Possession of 2.17grammes of amphetamine, a controlled class B drug. Fined £74 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Jarvis Rusling, 44, of Market Street, Clay Cross. Produced cannabis, a controlled class B drug. Fined £75 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Possession of cannabis. No separate penalty.

Christopher John Bird, 34, The Croft, South Normanton, Alfreton. Possession of 32grammes of amphetamine, a controlled class B drug, and possession of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled class B drug, at South Normanton. Community order until July 8, 2015, with a four-month curfew and an electronic monitoring requirement. Also includes a supervision requirement to attend appointments. Also ordered by magistrates to pay a £60 victim surcharge and must also pay £85 costs.
