Thomas Michael Hart, 19, of Bramlyn Close, Clowne. Came within 100 metres of an address when he was prohibited from doing so. Community order until May, 2016, with supervision, Better Relationships programme and 80 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Scott Fraser, 43, of Park Street, Chesterfield. Stole boxes of Lego. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Benjamim Michael Wain, 22, of Woodview Close, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Stole a cash card. Committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation by wrongly claiming to be the legal owner of a Barclays Bank card and was authorised to withdraw £190 cash. Community order until October 30, 2015. Must take part in a thinking skills programme with supervision. Fined £73 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge. Must pay £190 compensation.

Shaun Anton Wragsdale, 34, of Derby Road, Chesterfield. Stole a video game. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for the offences of two thefts. Community order with a four-week curfew and electronic monitoring. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge. Failed to comply with a community order by failing to attend and keep in touch. Order to continue.

Antony McGowan, 39, of Flamsteed Crescent, Chesterfield. Stole wine. Stole meat. Stole more meat products valued at £71. Attempted to steal washing powder. Stole meat valued at £200 belonging to the Co-op. Community order until November 2015 with a thinking skills programme and supervision and 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £20 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Robert Harvey Rawson, 19, of Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield. Stole confectionery from the Co-op on Elder Way, Chesterfield. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence for the offences of theft and criminal damage. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was made the subject of a suspended sentence for stealing three DVDs valued at £29.97 from Boots. Dealt with for another original offence which was subject to a suspended sentence for damaging an electronic pen. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional charge for 12 months for contravening an ASBO direction not to leave a locality and failing to answer bail. No action taken on the breach. Six weeks’ custody suspended for 12 months.

Drugs

Maxwell Charles Fletcher, 48, of Hurst Rise, Matlock. Produced cannabis, a controlled class B drug. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Possession of cannabis. No separate penalty.
