Conviction of an offence while under a community order made by Leeds District Magistrates’ Court and in force for offences of theft, making a false representation, and failing to surrender to custody is in force, Committed to prison for 15 weeks.

Dean Wayne stocks, 35, of kingsley Crescent, Alfreton. Stole two electric toothbrushes valued at £64.99 belonging to Tesco’s. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
