Samuel Jason Watkinson, 25, of Kedlestone Court, Porter Street, Staveley. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of stealing two cans of Smirnoff Cola subject to the community order. Dealt with for an original offence of stealing a packet of Haribo sweets. Made a false prescription for a drug with the intention he or another should use it to induce someone to accept that it was genuine. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of failing to surrender to bail. No adjudication. Burglary

Mark James Levand, 44, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Community order for burglary revoked and re-sentenced for original offence. Failed to comply with the community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for original offence of entering a building as a trespasser and stealing electrical items. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a three month curfew and monitoring.

Drugs

Sean Conrad Flynn, 44, of Jubilee Crescent, Clowne. Supplied 1.32grammes of morphine sulphate. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
