Thomas Luke Graney, 21, of Redgate Street, Pinxton. Assault. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 18 months with alcohol activity requirement and supervision. Damaged a property belonging to Bolsover District Council. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrently suspended for 18 months. Alcohol activity requirement, building better relationships requirement and supervision. Must pay £80 compensation. Intended to cause harassment to a police constable. Committed to prison for ten weeks concurrently suspended for 18 months. Convcition of an offence while a community order for criminal damage is in force. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of damage. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrently suspended for 18 months.

Charmaine Messner, 39, of Cambridge Crescent, Bramley Vale, Chesterfield. Assault. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months. Must do female violence programme and attend a training requirement with supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Poppy Hope Katie Marsden, 19, of Bakewell Road, Over Haddon, Bakewell. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place. Fined £73. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michelle louise Mellor, 36, of Upper Greenhill Gardens, Matlock. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place. Fined £37 amd must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of being drunk and disorderly. No action taken on the breach.

Jack Anthony Skellett, 20, of Beech Avenue, Ripley. Possession of an offensive weapon, namely a knuckle duster, in public. Community order for 12 months including drug rehabilitation and thinking skills programme and supervision. Fined £25 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kevin Ward, 32, of No fixed address. Attended an address and attempted to gain entry and when refused became abusive which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Lauren Beth Maddison, 23, of Dale Bank Crescent, New Whittington, Chesterfield. Harassment. Community order for 12 months with thinking skills requirement and supervision and 40 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Barry Taylor, 53, of Station Road, Whittington Moor, Chesterfield. One count of making phone calls and sending texts and one count of sending text messages which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months. Must participate in a Building Better Relationships activity with supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Francis Atkinson, 21, of Market Street, Clay Cross. Entered a train without having a valid ticket. Fined £200 and must pay £5 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £135 costs.
