Motoring

Patricia Holden, 57, of Cherry Tree Drive, Killamarsh. Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £600 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Joseph John Day, 24, of Bernell Alport Lane, Youlgrave, Bakewell. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £400 and must pay a £40 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence endorsed with six points. Used a vehicle without a test certificate. No separate penalty.

Paul Clarke, 42, of Sutton Hall Road, Bolsover. Used a vehicle with no test certificate. No separate penalty. Had a tyre with ply or cord exposed. Fined £130 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Julia Clayton, 28, of Rotherham Road, Killamarsh. Drove a vehicle while not wearing a seat belt. Fined £37 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs.

Beverley Dawn Gill, 43, of Kingsley Avenue, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £37 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and pay £35 costs. Licence also endorsed with three points.

Joshua Candy, 24, of Hickinwood Lane, Clowne. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Colin Hutchinson, 54, of Eyre Street East, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kevin Adrian Wilkinson, 50, of Charnwood Crescent, Newton, Alfreton. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £150 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge. Must pay £35 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Rachael Ann Willetts, 43, of Princess Avenue, South Normanton, Alfreton. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £600 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with seven points.

Ryan Marc Anthony Dudley, 21, of Woodford Way, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order by failing to perform a specified number of hours. Dealt with for the original offences of exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit and taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner and being involved in an accident whereby damage was caused to another vehicle. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 18 months with a curfew for two months and 200 hours of unpaid work.

Marc Russell Ross, 33, of No Fixed Abode. Assault. Damaged a door valued at £60. Community order until December, 2014, with alcohol activity requirement and must participate in a Building Better Relationships programme for 60 days. Fined £50 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge. and £40 costs.

Other

Martin Wardle, 27, of Poulter Street, Langwith. Attempted to enter a shed as a trespasser. Committed to prison for three months suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for one month concurrently suspended for 12 months.

Colin Steven Philips, 36, of Park Lane, Pinxton. Committed fraud in that he committed three counts of dishonestly making a false representation with a written cheque to make a gain. Two other offences taken into consideration. Community order until June, 2015, with 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay compensation of £425 and £620.

Richard Anthony Strutt, 52, of Dale Road North, Darley Dale, Matlock. Damaged a glass door valued at £200. Must pay £200 compensation. Failed to provide a breath analysis specimen when suspected of driving a vehicle. Community order until December, 2014, with alcohol activity requirement and supervision. Fined £37 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Failed to surrender to custody. Fined £37.

Jake David Stevens, 19, of Lord Roberts Road, Chesterfield. Sent by means of an electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christien Seabridge, 23, of Kingsclear Walk, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Damaged a police vehicle causing damage valued at £374. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Must pay £374 compensation.

Theft

James Rhys Bailey, 19, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of stealing five pedal cycles, headphones and a woollen hat. Committed to detention for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

David John Allen, 36, of High Street, Somercotes, Alfreton. Stole four jars of coffee. Stole a packet of cigarettes. Failed to surrender to custody. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Billy Pearson, 18, of Lawrence Avenue, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Stole food valued at £2.49 belonging to D&T Newsagents. Must pay £2.49 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Stole food valued at £4.58 from D&T Newsagents. Must pay £4.58 compensation. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Stacey Adelaide Hollingsworth, 32, of Hambleton Avenue, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Stole meat valued at £82.54 belonging to the Co-operative Society. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months. Must comply with a drug rehabilitation requirement and thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. No adjudication. Dealt with for original offence which had been subject to the conditional discharge of stealing laundry detergent valued at £20.42 belonging to the Spar.
