Jake Willoughby, 21, of No Fixed Abode. Pleaded guilty to sending threatening messages which caused a certain person to fear that violence would be used against them. Must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and must not contact victim for one year. Committed to prison for three weeks.

Ian Catterall, 32, of Nether Avenue, Killamarsh. Non-payment of £610 fine. Committed to custody for 14 days suspended. Must pay £100 per month.

Darren Snowden, 31, of Hanbury Close, Holmehall. Admitted breach of a domestic violence protection order. Committed to prison for two weeks.

Sadie Webster, 18, of Ridgeway, Clowne. Pleaded guilty to threatening another person. Community order with a one month curfew and electronic monitoring. Must pay a victim surcharge of £60, £85 costs and benefit deductions of £145.

Amanda Moore, 57, of Stonelow Road, Dronfield. Pleaded guilty to claiming benefits despite having capital in excess of the permitted limits. Community order with five month curfew requirement and electronic monitoring. Must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Theft

LESLY COX, 28, of No Fixed Abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing cash to the value of £45 belonging to The Butchers Arms, Brimington. Must pay £45 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

WILLIAM KNOWLES, 44, of Wren Park Close, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing sandwiches to the value of £6.50 belonging to Boots in Chesterfield. Must pay £6.50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, an £80 fine and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to stealing sandwiches to the value of £6.50 belonging to Boots in Chesterfield. Michael Weldon, 25, of No Fixed Abode. Admitted breach of licence. Committed to prison for 14 days. Pleaded guilty to stealing fragrance belonging to Debenhams to the value of £58. Committed to prison for 14 days (consecutive).

Natasha Lankford, 34, of St Margaret’s Mews, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol to the value of £9.99 from Lidl. Committed to prison for four weeks. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Committed to prison for eight weeks (consecutive).

Motoring

Scott Collins, 24, of Rock Crescent, Clay Cross. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Community order with 120 hours of unpaid work.
