A man has been jailed for three years after police discovered a cannabis factory at a business unit.
Ian Brooks, 41, pleaded guilty to producing cannabis.
Police executed a warrant at a business unit on Top Road, Calow on Friday March 8.
They found inside around 100 cannabis plants, along with a watering system and lighting equipment.
Brooks, of Manor Road, Dinnington was arrested at the scene.
A police spokesman said that Brooks was sentenced for three years for the crime which saw him growing the class B drugs at the site.
The maximum sentence for cannabis cultivation is 14 years in prison.
He was sentenced at Derby Crown Court on August 23.
