A drink driver has been banned for two years, after refusing to be breathalysed in Buxton.

Christopher Smith was also fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge after he admitted failing to provide a specimen at High Peak Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

The 62-year-old, of The Ridgeway, Stockport, was stopped by the police on the A6 on March 19.
