Appeal for information after arson attack in Bradwell

Detectives are appealing for information after an arson attack in Bradwell left a house badly damaged.

Emergency services were called to a house in Netherside at around 10am on Thursday, August 22, to a report of a fire.

Police believe that the fire was started while the house was being burgled.

Firefighters put out the blaze and no one was injured.

A joint investigation by police and the fire service is underway.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area around the time of the fire.
