Council clerk honoured for long service

A parish council clerk has been honoured for her long service.

At the June meeting of the Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council, a presentation was made to Suzan Stockdale to mark her completion of 20 years’ service in her role as council clerk.

Prior to joining the parish council, Mrs Stockdale worked for the NatWest Bank.

Chairman of Chapel Parish Council, Cllr Liam McCarthy, thanked Mrs Stockdale on behalf of the authority for her hard work and dedication in driving forward improvements in the parish.
