Cops hunt bike thieves

POLICE in Bolsover are appealing for information after two bikes were stolen from the roof rack of a car parked on a driveway.

Between 11pm, on Monday, July 4, and 8am, on Tuesday, July 5, two bikes worth more than £1,000 were taken from the car parked on Rose Hill Court.

One of the bikes, a women’s blue GT mountain bike, was recovered by officers on Charlesworth Street the following day.

The other bike, a white Carrera Fury mountain bike, is still missing.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who has seen the bike or may be invited to buy it.
