Company enters liquidation

Future Textiles Ltd on Eldon Street, Clay Cross, was founded in 2008.

Now, an official notice placed in the London Gazette states that Claire Elizabeth Dowson and Ashleigh William Fletcher, of Begbies Traynor, have been appointed joint liquidators of the firm.

Liquidation is the process where a company is brought to an end and its assets are divvied up among creditors and shareholders, according to the priority of their claims.

A recent North East Derbyshire District Council newsletter said Future Textiles Ltd has a team of ten people and had 'exciting' plans for the future.
