Collapsed wall closes part of trail
Part of Sheep Pasture Incline on the High Peak Trail has been closed because part of a retaining wall has collapsed.
There is an alternative footpath through the woods for walkers, but those on bikes or horses will need to use Intake Lane, the A6 and the canal towpath to get to High Peak Junction.
The trail is likely to be closed for several months while the wall is repaired.
