Chesterfield Photographic Society meets at the main library in Chesterfield each Thursday from 7pm. The society provides a warm welcome to new members whatever their level of knowledge or experience from absolute beginners upwards and whatever subject matter they like to photograph.

Chesterfield Photographic Society meets at the main library in Chesterfield each Thursday from 7pm. The society provides a warm welcome to new members whatever their level of knowledge or experience from absolute beginners upwards and whatever subject matter they like to photograph.

The programme covers practical demonstrations and hands-on workshops, guest experts, competitions, days out, exhibitions. There are also a number of specialist sub-groups offering individual help covering, digital, black and white, audio visual and slide photography.
