CHESTERFIELD: Party for Royal British Legion women’s section

The Chesterfield branch of the Royal British Legion Women’s Section held its Christmas party which was attended by the national chairman, Wendy Bromwich.

A week later, 12 members visited the Cock & Magpie for a Christmas dinner.

The next meeting will be on February 5 at 1.30pm when John Lower of The Canal Trust will be giving a talk.

The branch meets at Haig House, Glumangate, Chesterfield.
